Key milestones from our journey
1994 Symbio, an international software company, is founded, with its first office established in Taipei, Taiwan. In the early 2000s, the Finnish software companies Ardites and Flander were operating in Finland.
2009 Ardites and Flander join the international Symbio Group, forming Symbio Finland.
2011 Group Headquarters established in San Francisco Bay Area of California.
2014 Symbio joins VXI Group.
2024 Management buy out – Symbio Finland separation from VXI Group.
2026 Symbio Finland rebrands: the Ubikon journey begins.
